The newly established CIO function comprises of Information Technology, Change & Transformation and Data & Insights. The Change and Transformation function will be a centre of excellence in implementing change across the organisation. The company is growing with a strong change agenda over the next number of years, the aim of the department is to establish a change framework and build on the great culture to deliver change effectively across the organisation.
