| Role Overview: The Housing Services Coordinator will play an integral role in the development and implementation of new and existing reporting mechanisms, to support the housing Department; to effectively use data, support performance management, create business efficiencies and improve service delivery. The Coordinator will support the review of and continual development of effective policies procedures, guidance and training in line with best practice and regulatory requirements. Promote good practice and share learning. Facilitate focus groups on business improvements and data quality. |
