Defects Coordinator

Role Overview:

To co-ordinate the resolution of defects for all new homes brought into management. Act as key point of contact for the resolution of defects for the defects liability period (DLP) or 12 months after the date the homes come into management.

Responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience and excellent defects service to new Clúid residents. Responsible for oversight and tracking of data on defects to assist Cluid in understanding trends and inform future design.
