Development Programme Manager
| Role Overview: The Development Programme Manager will manage and provide leadership and support to the Development Officer team and be a key members of the Commercial Development team and assist the New Business Managers and Delivery team in delivering Clúid’s housing development programme.
You will take a lead Development Officer role in our larger projects and take responsibility for the management of the delivery of identified projects within the existing programme. This will include project administration, funding applications, internal and external approvals and liaising with all internal Departments. You will be required to maintain and update training material for those reporting to you and to seek ways to continually improve existing processes. |
