Clúid Housing (Clúid) is an award-winning, independent, not-for-profit organisation, leading the way in delivering secure, high-quality, affordable homes. Our vision is a society where everyone has a great place to live. We aim to achieve this vision by providing quality housing and services, to enable residents to create homes and thriving communities.

To date Clúid has provided over 10,000 homes to over 28,000 people in housing need all over Ireland. Together, we are also working to achieve our ambitious target of providing more than 1,000 new homes every year – contributing to the government’s Housing for All targets.

Role Overview: The Carpenter will carry out and assist with all trade related tasks as a Carpenter working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focused responsive repairs team. Junior Financial Analyst at Clúid Housing Role Overview:

This role of Junior Financial Analyst is key to the department ensuring it fulfills the financial and budgetary requirements of Clúid Housing. In particular, the position is to support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams in design of process improvements, automation of processes and organisational project support.

The IT Operations Manager at Cluid Housing will be an integral player in both managing and actively supporting our IT infrastructure and operations. This hands-on role requires not just overseeing the IT service desk, infrastructure, and vendor management, but also directly contributing to operational excellence and strategic projects, such as the implementation of an MSP for Azure and on-premises infrastructure.

The Head of Central Services plays a key leadership role in driving and developing strategic initiatives across income, tenancy resolution services , RTB, lettings, and the Housing Advice Centre. The role holds overarching responsibility for ensuring the maximisation of income, effective management of tenancy resolution, optimising property occupancy, and delivering excellent resident experiences.

The Head of Operational Excellence plays a key leadership role in driving and developing strategic initiatives across operational excellence and complaints and providing direction and support to operational IT projects on behalf of the department.  With responsibility for teams where independence and impartiality are essential, the Head of Operational Excellence works with colleagues across Operations to support the drive for continual improvement, delivering resident-focused service.

Clúid recognises the need to balance work and non-work life. Great Place to Work Hours (GPTW) offers flexibility for staff that have met their weekly responsibilities in the office.
