Role Overview
To provide an age friendly, high quality and resident-focused service in tenancy and estate management, continually working to improve services and meet resident needs. Always protecting residents independence and their wishes to live independently within the community for as long as they are able and wish to do so.

Letting/Allocations
- Work with the Lettings Team and Clúid Works to ensure the effective and prompt turnaround of void properties, minimising void times and associated costs.
- Ensure that homes in your region are managed efficiently and let appropriately in line with Clúid and Local Authority policies.
- Advise prospective residents on housing options, rights, and responsibilities in a supportive manner.
Tenancy Management
- Offer a daily well-being call/visit to residents that desire it.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the local housing authorities and other agencies which can help residents remain living independently
- Signpost referrals for support, care, adaptations, and partner agencies to help sustain tenancies.
- Safeguard residents by promoting their welfare and protect them from abuse, harm and neglect.
- Address non-arrears related breaches of tenancy such as anti-social behaviour and damage to property and represent Clúid Housing at RTB and court hearings.
Property Management
- Manage the social alarm monitoring service on the scheme(s)
- Carry out regular communal area inspections and checks including fire safety, door entry, intercom, CCTV and external lighting, to ensure the schemes are kept in a safe and clean condition at all times
- Liaise with Property Services Department regarding scheme responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance requirements.
- Work with Owner Management Companies and Managing agents, including sitting as a board member on Owner Management Companies where required.
Resident Participation
- Work with residents to maximise resident engagement and establishment of structures that underpin community development and integration.
- Develop relationships with neighbouring groups and external service providers with whom relationships with will be of benefit to Clann residents, to ensure that Clann Housing schemes assimilate into the wider community
- Develop scheme action plans and support the development of communities that are Great Places to Live.
- Actively seek out and recognise the resident voice as an authority on our services
Collaborative Working
- Collaborate with colleagues across Operations to drive operational excellence and achieve shared outcomes for individuals and communities.
- Participate in the appraisal of new project developments, contribute to local and national improvement initiatives, and contribute to the formulation and review of Housing Services Policies and Procedures.
- Undertaken any other duties as required that are consistent with your role.
Complaints and Resident Voice
- Actively seek out and recognise the Resident Voice as an authority on our services
- Work with customers, management and the Complaints Manager as required to effectively resolve complaints relating to the service area in line with Clúid’s complaints policy.
- Support with the completion of remedial actions or improvement commitments identified through service complaints to drive continuous improvement.

- Reporting to: Head of Procurement

Role Overview
The Procurement Administrator will support the Procurement Team and will also work closely with other departments to ensure Clúid’s procurement is efficient, transparent and support’s the organization’s growth and sustainability goals. You will ensure Clúid’s Procurement Policies and Procedures are operated in a smooth and timely fashion for end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate and assess new supplier documentation, to include forms, insurance certificates, safety statements, bank details, tax certificates
- Maintain a computer filing system for existing supplier information and ensure timely updating of such
- Support the Procurement Manager to manage e-tenders documentation including upload new requests for Clúid activity on e-tenders and prepare files for tender assessments
- Purchase order system administration and support
- Keep the Supplier / Procurement portal up to date, including processing new supplier forms, reporting and ensure the system is maintained
- Assist internal customers on procurement queries
- Maintaining a central supplier contract database
- Organising and attending regular supplier review meetings with other Clúid staff, logging actions and outcomes of the same.
- Assist Head of Procurement with monthly reporting
- Adopt an approach of continuous learning and personal development
- To positively promote the Association in all activities

- Position: Trainee Resident Housing Officer
- Reporting to: Housing Officer
- Location: Dublin and surrounding counties
- Contract type: 2 Year Fixed Term
- Salary: €28,090 – €38,623
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Travel: The post requires a valid driving licence and the use of a car
Role Overview
The successful applicant will be employed by Clúid Housing for a period of two years and be required during the two years to attend a course of study which will enable them to obtain a PSRA license.
Working as part of the Housing Services team within in the wider Operations Team, the successful candidates will assist in the provision of a high quality housing management service to tenants on our housing schemes. A strong commitment to the Trainee programme and a desire to pursue a career in Housing is essential.
Applicants could be post-graduates from a number of academic routes. In such cases, the successful candidates may need to only complete a number of top up modules, funded by Clúid, to obtain the required number of ECTS to acquire a PSRA Licence. If an applicant does not have sufficient academic experience, they will need to complete a two-year distance learning course during their placement, funded by Clúid, in order to obtain the required number of ECTS to acquire a PSRA Licence.
Additional certification courses will also underpin the students learning.
