Clúid Design and Build: Radharc An tSaile, Kinsale, Co Cork

Clúid, in partnership with Cork County Council, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, The Housing Finance Agency (HFA), and MMD Construction were pleased to collaborate on the delivery of Radharc An tSaile, Kinsale, Co Cork. These newly constructed homes were developed in-house through the Clúid Design and Build model.

Radharc An tSaile provides 40 new homes for local people. The scheme is located in Kinsale, adjoining several private housing developments, enhancing the tenure mix in the area which was a priority in the Government’s Rebuilding Ireland Programme.

Located within walking distance of Kinsale town centre these homes are well served by a selection of schools, churches, shops, hotels, restaurants, bars, medical practitioners and a wide range of sports clubs and leisure facilities.

Radharc An tSaile is well serviced bus routes to Cork city and airport and the locality has many historic buildings, natural amenities and scenic landscapes including local beaches.
