25 New Homes

Clúid is pleased to have delivered 25 new homes in Dún Sí, Portmarnock, Co Dublin. These homes were acquired by Clúid through Part V of the Planning and Development Act 2000. Part V is a mechanism established by government which dictates that local authorities can obtain up to 20 per cent of land zoned for housing development at “existing use value” rather than at “development value”.
These A-rated Building Energy Rated (BER) homes were delivered in partnership with Fingal County Council, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, The Housing Finance Agency (HFA), and Quintain. Dún Sí is an excellent example of what can be achieved through collaboration and partnerships between Approved Housing Bodies like Clúid and National and Local Government.
Dún Sí at St. Marnock's Bay is situated in Portmarnock beside the sea on the DART line. Dún Sí is an attractive neighbourhood between the beautiful villages of Malahide and Howth.
