Clúid Design and Build: Ladyswell Square, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15

Clúid is pleased to have delivered 65 new homes for local families and individuals in Ladyswell Square, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15. These newly constructed homes were developed in-house through the Clúid Design and Build model, in partnership with Fingal County Council, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, The Housing Finance Agency (HFA) and Townmore. Our in-house design team has considerable experience in all aspects of social housing projects.

This new neighbourhood is conveniently located opposite Mulhuddart Community Centre which has a variety of sports facilities and is well serviced by several bus routes. The area benefits from easy access to a large selection of shops, restaurants, public transport links, the M3 / M50 and is approximately 12 kilometres from Dublin City Centre.

The surrounding area is a mix of residential and commercial with all social, educational and recreational amenities readily available in the neighbouring suburbs of Mulhudarrt, Blanchardstown, Tyrrelstown and Dublin City Centre.
