| Role Overview: The role will require the candidate to provide high level wide ranging advice and support to the Board and oversee administrative duties. The role will also focus on developing and managing strategies to ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
There are 5 to 6 board meetings a year and two Board planning days. Board meetings are held in person on-site at Clúid’s head office, 159-161 Upper Sheriff Street, Dublin 1. Board Meetings are held in the early evening finishing at 7 pm. Board planning days are held at a location off site, usually on a weekend (Saturday). |
