Role Overview: The role of the Head of Data is to establish a data framework for the organisation that provides a central source of data that is well managed, compliant and provides insights to drive business decisions.

• Responsible for data governance across the organisation, including data policy, integrity and quality
• Responsible for centralised data reporting, ensuring a central source of data that is accurate for corporate, regulatory and analytics requirements
• Responsible to build a data analytics team, where data insights are used to drive business decisions
