A milestone achievement for Clúid – 8,000 new homes

Clúid would like to mark a milestone moment this week.

We now manage over 8,000 homes with the completion of our newest homes in Dún Sí, a scheme in Portmarnock, Dublin.

Clúid’s vision is ‘a society where everyone has a great place to live’, we aim to achieve this vison by providing quality housing and management services to over 20,000 residents across the country, enabling people to create homes and thriving communities.

Clúid are committed to delivering 3,000 new homes across Ireland before the end of 2022. Milestone moments such as this are a testament to our colleagues, to all their hard work and the robust processes in place to allow us to continue to deliver against ambitious targets throughout the covid crisis.

We recognise that achievements such as this are only possible because of the successful collaboration with all our partners in national and local government, our funders, developers, local community groups and residents.
