Annual Report 2020

This has been a unique year in the lives of residents and staff. It has tested us, made us redefine how we think of our communities, and reconnect with our neighbors. Throughout 2020, Clúid has continued to deliver quality housing and services that enable people to create homes and thriving communities.

The 2020 annual report focuses on the resilience of our staff and our residents, highlighting our achievements which were only made possible because of the ongoing commitment, energy, and enthusiasm of our team.

In 2020, we provided 675 high-quality, affordable homes to over 2,800 people in housing need. In the same year, we established the residents’ advisory group for both Clúid and Clann, ensuring that residents are heard on the issues that impact their lives.

Our work in 2020 provided a significant contribution towards tackling the current housing shortage. Despite the closure of the construction sector due to covid-19 restrictions, 76% of Clúid’s housing delivery in 2020 was through new construction. These achievements would not have been possible without the excellent level of collaboration with our many partners.
