Applications open for 80 Cost Rental Homes in Parkside

We’re thrilled to announce that applications are now open for new Cost Rental homes at Parkside, Belmayne, Dublin 13, closing at 5pm on Wednesday 8 January. Visit cluid.ie/cost-rental to register your interest for one of the 80 brand new, A-rated apartments. Rent for each of the 31 one-bed apartments is €1,320 per month and rent for the 49 two-bed apartments is €1,641 per month, a saving of 29% on the market rent for a similar apartment in the area. In addition to the low cost to run these brand-new homes, new Cost Rental residents will also benefit from secure, life-long tenancies and high-quality, responsive management and maintenance.

The homes are part of the Parkside development in the vibrant North Dublin suburb of Belmayne. Parkside is close to many retail, hospitality and health and wellbeing amenities, including the Clarehall shopping centre and the Northern Cross development.
