Clúid Housing is proud to offer 46 Discounted Rent apartments for local key workers at Bolands Mills.
There are 35 two-bedroom apartments, 10 three-bedroom apartments, and one large three-bedroom apartment. The 46 homes will be in an existing refurbished building and a newly constructed building within Google’s Bolands Mills Quarter, Barrow Street, Dublin 4.
Cost Rental
Clúid Housing is proud to offer Cost Rental housing to the public. This new rental option is supported by the Department of Housing, Local Government, and Heritage.
Cost Rental is not-for-profit housing. Your rent covers the cost of the construction, management, and maintenance of your new home. Cost Rental offers you a long-term, secure tenancy that is more affordable.
