Property Transfer and Swap
Transfers
Clúid residents can apply to move to another property managed by Clúid, subject to certain conditions, such as having no arrears on their rent account. The request to transfer must be for a valid reason, and transfers must be approved by both Clúid and the Local Authority. To apply for a transfer please complete and submit the application form below.
Property Swap
If you wish to move to a different area or estate you can seek a mutual exchange, this is where one resident ‘swaps’ homes with another resident with the agreement of the landlord or landlords. There are a number of conditions that need to be met before a mutual exchange can be approved – contact Clúid for more details.
